Preventing Asian Beetle Infestations

Asian Beetles start looking for somewhere warm to hibernate over winter, so you want to make sure your home is sealed up before late September. Look for any crevices, cracks, or gaps in the foundation, siding, and walls that are wider than 1/16th of an inch. Fill these spaces with caulk or make repairs where necessary. It is also important to remove spaces around your windows and doors and caulk pipes, hoses, and cables that lead outdoors.
